Vocal & Piano Lessons

DYT Vocal Instructors will guide students through vocal warm ups, technical vocal training, song selection, and song preparation. Students and parents can choose from a one hour lesson or a half hour lesson, to take place on a weekly basis for 10 weeks. Each of our vocal students will work towards preparation of a song for our end of semester cabaret style productions. Our goal is to work with your child to help them gain confidence and training in both vocal and performance.

*1 hour vocal lesson - $55 per lesson 30 minute vocal lesson - $35 per lesson
*1 hour piano lesson - $55 per lesson 30 minute piano lesson - $35 per lesson
*Combo Lesson 30 min Piano/ 30 min Vocal Lesson - $55 per lesson

Music Theory & Harmony

New to the DYT music department is our Music Theory and Harmony Class. It is a 8 week program that teaches Music Theory, Harmony, and trains the student's ear with a special music ear training program. Entry to this class is by permission only. Students must be doing private vocal, piano, Rock Crew or Rockstars programs in order to be eligible to be part of it. All students who will be part of Rock Crew and Rockstars, who have never had music theory training, will be required to take at least 2 semesters of this program.

Rock Vocal Troupes

DYT is home to two of Brampton's Best Rock Vocal Troupes, DYT Rockstars and The Rock Crew. Entrance into these programs is by audition only.
