DYT's improvisation workshops introduce students of all ages to the main principles and guidelines of improv. DYT advocates that the principles of improvisation can be executed not only in this particular art form, but also in everyday life, in both social situations and throughout their educational studies. Improvisation builds confidence in individuals by encouraging them to voice their opinions and ideas in a safe environment. These guidelines and rules are taught through many types of improvisation exercises. DYT's The Improv Workout has been touring schools since 2003, and has proven to be a popular and entertaining confidence builder for students of all ages.
